We accept the major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchase with Fashion Ace, Inc. Please, be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing your order.

Fashion Ace, Inc. accepts money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receiving of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please, allow up to 15 banking days after receiving for clearance of funds before the orders processed. Fashion Ace, Inc. cannot guaranty the availability of a product by the time funds are cleared or payments are received. Fashion Ace, Inc. will charge a $25.00 fee on all returned checks. SHIPPING POLICY & CHARGES: Fashion Ace, Inc. has options of:

Ground Delivery - $7.50 (from 5 to 7 days)
Third Day Delivery - $9.80 (Guaranteed by 7 P.M.)
Second Day Delivery - $14.80 (Guaranteed by 7:00 P.M.)
Next Day Delivery - $27.75 (Guaranteed overnight by 3:00 P.M.)
Next Day Delivery - $31.75 (Guaranteed overnight by 10:30 A.M.)

Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total value of the all items in your order. There will be an automatic charge of $25.00 to your account for any shipment that is refused (Which is being sent). Same Day Shipping is available on orders placed by 12:00 p.m. EST. Mon. - Fri., if the product is in stock at the time the order is received at the warehouse. Fashion Ace, Inc. does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Note: Due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All shipments are subject to stock availability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All International shipments (out side of U.S.) are shipped up to $500 in merchandise value in U.S. currency per package. All items are insured up to $500 per package. If the value of items (in quantity orders only) is exceeding this amount they are going to be split in to several packages & shipped to its destination. Shipping charges are applied per each shipment (package). For a single item exceeding in price value of $500 contact Fashion Ace, Inc. for shipping prices. Before placing an order, please contact Strike's customer service, due to fluctuation of shipping charges.

BACKORDERS:

At Fashion Ace, Inc. we automatically update our catalogue so that we may offer you the most up-to date products available. Due to the popularity of some products, we may not always have an item in stock. Fashion Ace, Inc. will accept orders for out of stock items to ensure that you will be the first to receive the item once it becomes available. If your order is not in stock it will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item is available, via UPS ground. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by contacting Customer Service. If a product was placed on a backorder you will get a credit back to your credit card within approximately 48 hours of your order. Once the item will be in stock the credit card provided will be charged for the item plush shipping and then shipped out to you.

RETURN POLICY:

If your product becomes defective within the first fifteen (15) days after the invoice date, you may return it for an exchange, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturers restrictions. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department, by phone or e-mail within fifteen days of your invoice date for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Fashion Ace, Inc. will not accept any items damaged by the purchaser. The RMA number must match the product authorized for return. In order to receive a credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. All items being returned must be received in our warehouse within 10 business days (two calendar weeks) upon receiving your RMA number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit. ALL NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE, AND MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Fashion Ace, Inc. reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order and without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. In order to protect the interest of our distributors, all orders placed over $2,000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

REPLACEMENT POLICY:

Fashion Ace, Inc. is confident in the quality of our products. If you have received a defective product, please, contact our returns department within 15 days by mail, e-mail or by phone to request a replacement. Please have the following information at hand when requesting a replacement: (refer to packing slip):

All items must be in original condition with all packing material.
Remember to include your packing slip from the original order.
You must write your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the outside of the package. The RMA number must match the product authorized for return.
Return your package to the address listed below. You must send your package (s) via ups, federal express or other delivery services with tracking information. (Do not send your package (s) via the U.S. mail.)
All shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.
You must have tracking numbers for every package shipped to Fashion Ace, Inc. for returns:
Any defective products must be returned within 15 days of the invoice date for replacement or refund.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in “AS-NEW" condition, in original packaging. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
The RMA is valid for 10 days from date of issuance. The RMA number must appear on your return packing. Please, write your RMA number outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

Please contact customer service before you make a return. No returns will be accepted without an accompanying authorization number and copy of the original invoice.

TAX:

Fashion Ace, Inc. shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Your state.

DISCLAIMER:

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title of goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser, upon receipt of goods. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purpose of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country.
