The infrastructure of Strike's business opportunity is based on distributorship of Strike's martial art jewelry and martial arts sportswear products, (currently Strike has the largest martial arts jewelry collection in the world).

Distributors: are people who have evaluated Strike's business after getting in touch with all of the terms and chosen to join the business.

Note: Strike's distributorship is only open to promoters, owners of schools, martial art instructors, and martial art suppliers, since they have the broad access to students and fighters.

As a start up offer, registered distributors receive 10 "Strike Zone" catalogs along with their SDD #, witch is Strike Direct Distributor number that acts as an access number for them and their clients and without the SDD # an order cannot be processed. Distributors receive a 3% commission from their direct customer's orders. Commission checks are mailed out each month, based upon distributor's activity. Distributors have the privilege of buying Strike's products with a 30% discount from the regular price if they buy less than 12 products and a 35% discount if they buy 12 products and up.

Strike will be happy to supply their distributors with different types of advertising products for a very low cost. Like, banners, posters, catalogs, fliers and product images to help them increase their sales. If a distributor should have any questions about marketing or advertising Strike will gladly provide the necessary information in writing or over the phone. Be advised, that any advertisement in the local mass media like, newspapers, magazines, Internet, radio, television, and etc... must be authorized by Strike in writing. Any information that will be used for any advertisement must be faxed, e-mailed or sent through mail to Strike prior to its release to be proofread for protection from liability and damaging information. Strike can also provide distributors with a showcase, for ready-made products for advertising purposes and better visual understanding for retail customers, also for a low price. This will help expand distributor's business and attract more customers. To the benefit of distributors Strike recommends ordering products in bulk, due to lower shipping charges for bulk rate.

2. Putting in time, to expand the business will benefit the distributor's growth significantly.

3. Like any business, Strike's distributorship program needs frequent input in order to get results.

Registering process for distributorship.

1. To register, you must get acquainted with all of Strike's terms and conditions, then fill out and sign the distributorship form (by down loading the form on Strike's website) and send it to Strike's head quarters either by fax or by mail.

2. After you are registered with Strike, you will be then assigned with your own personal SDD # (Strike Direct Distributorship number) which will be yours and your customers' access number. Note; with out the SDD # an order cannot be processed.

3. Upon becoming a registered distributor you are required for a small membership fee of only $35 per year.
